Shipping and refund conditions
Shipping time
We ship at least once a week. So you can expect your artwork to be shipped five days maximum after you place your order.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the pick up is done by the carier.
Shipping cost of painting artworks
- Montreal – Free or 30$ CAD
- Canada – 30$ CAD
- USA – 75$ CAD
- North America (except USA) – 100$ CAD
- International – 200$ CAD
For other products, shipping costs are calculated at the check out depending your shipping destination.
You’ve changed your mind
If you change your mind after you receive the artwork, and it happens when buying online, we ask you to send it back to us within 15 working days after your reception.
Return fees will be at your charge.
If the artwork comes back in perfect conditions, we offer a full refund within two days after our reception.
If the artwork comes back damaged, with a video proof from us when we unpack it, so we unfortunately won’t refund anything.
Damage during transportation
The refund of an original artwork is accepted if, and only if, it has been damaged during its transportation.
Once the order is received, each artwork is wrapped with the utmost care to protect it the best possible and maximize insurance it will arrive to you in excellent shape, ready to be on the wall.
However, there is always a risk that the artwork is damaged during the transportation.
If that arrived, as soon as you receive the package and notice it is damaged, we ask you to take as many picture as needed to show the damages, even before you open the package, during and after the unpacking.
If the unique artwork is damaged, we will refund the whole amount you paid for it.
For other non unique artworks (reproductions, cards, posters…), a new one will be sent.
About return, each artwork being unique, unfortunately, it is useless to send it back to us.
Payment security
All transactions with a credit card are done via Woo Commerce, offering and ensuring a full secured payment platform. Your data Information cannot be intercepted. Your credit cart information are not communicated to us.
If you prefer, we also accept direct bank transfer if you prefer.
